William Academy Vikings - Women’s Volleyball
Our Women’s Volleyball program brings together talented student-athletes from around the world in a competitive and supportive environment.
Guided by experienced coaches, our team focuses on skill development, performance, and exposure, with the goal of helping student-athletes pursue opportunities at the next level, including scholarships at NCAA Division I universities.

Our Training

Travel and Competition
Travel around the province of Ontario to compete against other high-level teams.

Drills
Daily practice to enhance individual and team skills. Team coaching to achieve success on the court.

Strength and Conditioning
Daily sessions to build physical fitness and endurance. Individualized training plans.

Skill Development
Specific training to improve volleyball skills such as serves, spikes, blocks, etc.
Different coaching styles offered.
Sample Daily Schedule

Breakfast in our Cafeteria from 7:50am to 8:30am

First period class from 8:40am to 11:50am
Students will have a 10 minute break for each period

Lunch in our Cafeteria from 11:50am to 12:30pm
Our sample lunch menu can be found under the Student Life section

Afternoon Class from 12:40pm to 3:50pm
Students will receive a 10 minute break for each period

After-school practice from 4:00-5:30pm Mondays to Thursdays

Dinner in our Cafeteria from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Our sample dinner menu can be found under the Student Life section

Study Hall session from 7:00pm to 8:00pm Monday to Thursday
Students have free time in the evening for homework preparation and strength/conditioning/recovery in our fitness room.
